Il y a eu manque de communication et de planification pour l’arrivée et instructions pour entr

Negative: L’hôte ne nous a jamais envoyé le code de la porte pour entrer dans la maison! Ni les instructions….
Il y a un autre client qui est arrivé 1 heure plus tard et nous sommes entrés puis pris une chambre que j’ai pu ouvrir par moi-même.
Pas une bonne communication ni planification de la part de l’hôte car l’autre client sa chambre n’était pas nettoyé ni la salle de bain!
