Positive: well organized, property rules clearly laid out.
Negative: the faucets all feel pretty finicky but they work and that's what matters.

Positive: The location it's about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the maritime bus stop 🚏 ✋️ and Grocery store
Negative: The wash room door was closed most of the time ⏲️ you could not tell if there is anyone in you either had to knock on the door or try to open it yourself don't want to disturb other Guests other than that nothing else
